Macro de limpeza

O trabalho de limpeza é bastante fastidioso e, para facilitar a tarefa, a equipe da Seção de Edição e Revisão de Textos da Edufes tem uma macro criada no Word à sua disposição.

Passo a passo para a criação da macro

Para importar essa macro ao Word instalado no computador, procede-se da seguinte maneira:

Inclusão da macro na barra de menu

Para criar um botão que permitirá executar a macro com apenas um clique, siga os seguintes passos.

1. clicar com o botão direito em um espaço livre na barra superior do menu;
2. clicar em Personalizar a Faixa de Opções;
3. selecionar Revisão;
4. clicar em Nova Guia;
5. clicar em Renomear;
6. dar o nome que quiser que apareça no menu (sugestão: Limpeza) e escolher um símbolo para representar a macro;
7. clicar em Ok;
8. clicar em Escolher Comandos em: > Macros;
9. selecionar Normal. NewMacros. NomeQueDadoÀMacro;
10. verificar na lista ao lado se o grupo que acabou de ser criado está selecionado, se não estiver, selecioná-lo;
11. clicar em Adicionar;
12. clicar em Ok.

Executando a macro

Agora que a macro foi criada e incluída na barra de menu, alguns passos precisam ser seguidos para que sua execução não gere erros no arquivo de trabalho. O primeiro deles é preservar uma cópia do documento original para comparação, caso seja necessária.

Outra observação é que, ao executar a macro, os parágrafos do texto ficarão sem entrelinhamento. Isso é esperado e proposital, pois os espaços necessários serão recuperados com a aplicação de estilos, entretanto é recomendado verificar se não há trechos do original em que o autor pulou uma linha intencionalmente, reinserindo-a. Se se tratar de uma pausa, o preparador a marca com três asteriscos centralizados.

Outra situação em que há entrelinhamento que precisa ser reconstituído é na separação de estrofes em textos que trazem poemas.

O passo a passo para a utilização da macro de limpeza é o seguinte:

1. salvar o documento;
2. ativar Controlar Alterações;
3. selecionar na aba a opção <Marcação Simples> ou <Sem Marcação>;
4. executar a macro ;
5. exibir <Todas as Marcações>, na aba ;
6. desativar Controlar Alterações;
7. rejeitar as alterações nos links da seção “Referências” e verificar alterações em figuras (quadros, tabelas etc.), sobretudo se houver valores numéricos;

8. em seguida:

   a. aceitar todas as alterações; ou, se parecer necessário,

   b. verificar uma a uma as alterações ocorridas no documento, aceitando-as ou rejeitando-as;

9. salvar o documento.

Em textos com poesias, reconstitua as entrelinhas entre as estrofes, quando houver.

As notas de rodapé não são afetadas pela macro. É preciso limpar suas “sujeiras” manualmente.

Depois de finalizada a limpeza feita com o uso da macro, utiliza-se a ferramenta para encontrar uma a uma as ocorrências listadas na seção Localizar e substituir manualmente em Localizar e Substituir e inserir espaço entre o símbolo e a palavra, quando convier.
